  • E-commerce – unit priced stock, picking and packing and distribution for e-commerce companies.
  • Marketing service – management of marketing materials for well-known brands in the retail and grocery trade.
  • Warehouse hotels – storage, pallet handling and distribution primarily for commercial and wholesale companies.
  • Lego packing – filling and packing primarily dry foods.
  • Customer Service – handling of incoming customer cases by phone and e-mail.

Around these five pillars, the range of services is gradually being expanded. The ambition is to be a leading Swedish 3PL player for small and medium-sized trading and e-commerce companies with international growth ambitions.


On 2 May 2006, Eilogistik AB (e-logistik) acquired the sempers reklamservice business in Götene. Since then, e-logistik has been an innovative third-party logistics company with a broad service offering in the form of web shop systems, warehouse and distribution systems and CRM systems. Innovative through spin-off of the subsidiary Portomus and the concept Mediamatch for distribution through the newspaper distribution. Also, Fyndiq – the bargain department store online has its origins here.


Jonas Hamrén Berggren

Chief Executive Officer

M.Sc. from Chalmers, background that includes Technical Manager at Kenmore, management consultant at McKinsey & Company, CEO of the Chalmers-owned business incubator Encubator AB. Entered e-logistik/Portomus in 2011, which has since doubled its turnover 10 times. Is today a serial entrepreneur (among others co-founder of Superfruit Scandinavia AB) and investors (Jetshop and Let’s Deal etc).

Linus Rönnkvist

Site Manager

Most recently comes from the role of head of Material Handling at Gunnar Dafgård AB (Dafgårds) in Källby where he held various roles within logistics and transport for the past 7 years. Has a master’s degree in Industrial Economics and Logistics from the University of Skövde

Jan Andersson

Chief Operating Officer

Through 20 years of experience from Nordic CRM solutions have been used to handling large Nordic mail flows. One of the founders of Portomus through his then involvement in e-logistik. Has in recent years established and developed 3PL companies with primarily focus on e-commerce. Worked with companies like Nelly, Lekmer, Brandos and many more.


Peter Vallenthin


Today head of Bring Cargo Domestic. Has held several significant positions in the transport industry over the past 25 years, including: as CEO of Geodis Wilson in the Nordic region and as global business development manager at TNT.

Stefan Karlsson


Background as Logistics Manager and CEO within several larger businesses such as Dagab, Runsvengruppen and Gunnar Dafgård. Acts today as a business angel and active owner in small to medium-sized companies both esnam and within the framework of the venture capital company Ullersbro

Anders Wisenborn


Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and since 10 years has been running his own company in paper trading. Solid and extensive experience in international trade. Acts alongside own business as a business angel.


e-logistik currently has two major ownership groupings in the form of board/management and the investment company Regere AB. Historically there is also a connection to Chalmers University of Technology through Chalmers Ventures AB. In 2011, a new ownership structure was created that secured incentives for key competences in the company and created financial security. e-logistik has been a fast grower in the industry ever since.
